About the event
Champ Zumbrun is a retired Forester and current author, specializing in local history. Champ's current book, Cresap's Rifles, is a gripping account of legendary Michael Cresap and his Riflemen at the opening stages of the Revolution. Jay Heavner grew up in Fort Ashby and has woven pieces of local history like General Braddock's lost gold into his thrilling mystery adventures. Both authors will give a brief book talk and answer questions before signing books.
